Frequently Asked Questions

01.What is the difference between a flushing and non-flushing toilet?

There are two main differences. A flushing toilet has a flushing system of some sort (either foot or hand operated) and has a toilet bowl similar to a traditional toilet. Non-flushing toilets have a hole under the seat directly into the holding tank.

02.How often do I need to get the toilet serviced?

That does depend on a few factors. If the toilet is being hired for a private family we recommend weekly. If for a construction site it will depend on the number of workers that are on site. 1 to 4 full time workers and a fortnightly service should be ok, if between 5 and 10 we recommend a weekly service.

03.How many toilets do I need for my construction site?

As a rule of thumb a toilet is required for every 10 full time workers. Combine that with the service frequency as described in the previous question.

05.What is your minimum hire period?

We don't have a minimum hire period however have minimum charges in place. Short term hire options are generally 7 days, for long term hire options one month.

06.Do you charge extra for servicing?

No we do not charge separately for hireage and servicing, our pricing is a monthly cost which is all inclusive. Just choose a servicing frequency which works for your situation.

07.Can I change the service frequency?

Yes definitely, just call or email us and let us know if you want to move to a fortnightly or weekly service frequency and your pricing will adjust from the same date.
